DELIVERIES

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed Monday to Thursdays from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm, and could take up to two business days to process before being shipped. Shipping times are estimated at 2-4 days (delays could occur during large influxes of sale).

Do we receive tracking numbers once our order is shipped?

Yes, all orders will receive tracking numbers once they have been shipped. Please use the link to track your order with the number provided. Please email sales@shineapparelco.com, if your tracking number is not working.

Is signature required on delivery?

Yes, all deliveries will require a signature on collection. Unless stipulated otherwise, if you would like us to leave the parcel at your door please stipulate 'Authority to Leave' in your notes section of your order before processing. Otherwise you will need to reschedule a redelivery with the Sendle link first provided to you.

Where can you ship too?

Shipping is currently offered domestically, international shipping will be offered in the near future.

ORDERS

I have entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Please email us at sales@shineapparelco.com, so we can rectify the problem before processing and enter the right address.

I have selected the wrong size/colour?

Unfortunately, once the order is processed we cannot change this! Please email sales@shineapparelco.com to organise an exchange, provided the garment is returned with the original swing tags, receipt, not worn or damaged.

I am missing an item from my order

Please check the receipt included to see if you were charged for this item. If you were charged and did not receive it, please email sales@shineapparelco.com and we will have this sorted for you ASAP.

I have received the wrong item

Please email us at sales@shineapparelco.com and we will sort this out for you ASAP.

My item is faulty

Please email us at sales@shineapparelco.com and we will sort this out for you ASAP.

We accept all major credit and debits cards, as well as PayPal.

How do I know what size to choose?

We provide a sizing chart for each product, please see the size chart button located on each products page. Each product also includes a detailed description where we include as much info about the garment, as well as any fit/style suggestions that we have for the style.  

When will this item be back in stock?

Products from earlier collections may or may not come back in stock. You will need to contact us to see if we will first be re-stocking the item. If we have already re-stocked the item and it's sold out you may have missed out.  Its best to buy it straight away so you don't miss out.

PAYMENTS AND DISCOUNTS

If a promotion is currently running, please make sure you check the terms and conditions before placing an order. All styles and stock levels are subject to availability. It is first in best dressed.
Need to Apply a Code for the Promotion?
Please make sure the promotional code has applied to your order before processing payment, only one code per order can be used.
Our team are under no obligation to apply any discounts for promotions if a code has not been applied by the customer.
It can be very difficult for us to apply the code after you have placed your order, so hopefully you didn’t forget. If you have please email us at info@shineapparelco.com.au with your order number and code details and our team will try and figure out a solution for you.
Applying the code 

Enter your store credit or discount code into the “Gift card or discount code” field in the payment section, please make sure you click the ‘apply code’ button. You will them be provided with your new order total.
